**OHS LABOURER**

We are seeking a OHS Labourer to join our busy and growing team for upcoming and ongoing works. Must be highly reliable, experienced and competent person.

**ABOUT THE BUSINESS**

Our business provides design, construction and project management services for residential, commercial and industrial projects. With a strong pipeline of work for the next 12 months, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our organisation. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role provides a chance to work in an experienced team with future career growth potential. Reporting to the Site Manager & OHS Manager.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a similar role and be seeking to take on additional responsibilities and challenges.

The primary function of this role includes, but is not restricted to:

- Ad hoc labouring duties as required - Traffic control, assisting with keeping the site clear of obstructions, assisting the site manager as needed.
- Direction and monitoring safety procedures on site
- Site walks/audits as required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Have a Current Drivers License and own vehicle (mandatory)
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Can do attitude, high energy, willingness to learn
- 5+ years experience within the construction industry
- Have a current building & construction industry induction card (White Card) (mandatory).
- Cert III OHS minimum (essential)
- Commitment to maintain a culture of safety
- Covid-19 vaccinated (mandatory)
- Traffic Management licence (highly desirable)
- Additional construction tickets highly regarded
- Good knowledge of construction works - able to assist trades on site with works as required
- Willingness to adapt to tasks and conditions.
- Good communication skills, always exhibiting professionalism and working as part of a team (everyone collectively pulls their weight)
