**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Working with our team and studying through an RTO to complete a Certificate 3 or Diploma traineeship. Full time Monday-Friday working between 7am-6pm.
- This position is best suited to someone looking to start their career in early childhood education and care through completing their studies whilst working with children. This traineeship position requires someone who is able to undertake study whilst working and respects the hard work involved in working with young children and their families.
- Qualified Certificate 3 or Diploma applicants will be able to lead age groups of children

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Learning and implementing the policies, procedures and routines of the service.
- Learning how to establish relationships and interact with children.
- Learning the basic skills required to work in this environment with children.
- Giving each child individual attention and comfort as required.
- Basic duties including food preparation, cleaning and gardening
- Leading age group of children, implementing daily learning experiences and activities
