Due to continued growth in our events portfolio, **The Fresh Collective** Brisbane is seeking experienced **Function Supervisors** to join our dynamic service team. This role offers the chance to work across our iconic Brisbane venues—**Waters Edge at Portside Wharf, Riverlife at Kangaroo Point** and **Queensland Museum Kurilpa, in East Brisbane**—delivering a diverse range of functions and events.

No two days are the same

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage events across multiple spaces
- Receive detailed briefings from Event Managers
- Deliver outstanding client experiences across cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners
- Oversee all service aspects from setup to pack down
- Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders
- Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Function Supervisor
- Background in 5-star hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Passionate about creating memorable event experiences

**Requirements**:

- 6-12 months experience in a similar role within fast-paced, reputable venues
- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid RSA certification
- RMLV desired
