Graduate Contract Manager

Our client is a fast-paced, growing organisation that provides sustainable cleaning services to award-winning and culturally significant venues Australia-wide, including public venues, government installations, sport and recreational sites, educational and transport facilities and much more

This is a unique opportunity to participate in a hands-on traineeship program, designed to fast-track your learning and development, and get you up to speed with the full scope of operational and administrative components required to successfully run cleaning, hygiene and waste services across a major site. You will be assigned to a rotation of existing contracted sites, receive training and mentoring from our talented leadership team and be required to report quarterly on learnings as part of your development programme.
- **The Role**_
- Lead key operational processes including: budgeting, rostering, sourcing, resource management, safety, compliance and reporting.
- Design, motivate and lead first class, culturally aligned teams, to deliver services beyond expectation.
- Demonstrate value through innovation and delivering best in class outcomes for our contracted customers, to retain customers for life.
- Manage financial aspects of contract including: budgeting, forecasting and management of profit and loss statements against project expectations and defined scope of works.
- Acknowledge sustainability, diversity and governance as the foundations of our values.

This is a full-time, hands-on position and due to the nature of the industry will require some evening and weekend work.

**_What kind of person will succeed in this role?_**

We are seeking tertiary qualified applicants, who hold drive, passion and energy
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales-based or operational role in a service-based industry e.g. cleaning, facilities or events.
- Tertiary qualified individual - educated in business, commerce, facilities management, or project management disciplines.
- Natural leadership abilities and a passion for problem-solving.
- Customer-centric individual - with a passion for ‘going the extra mile’ to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Confident and enthusiastic individual, with demonstrated relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Mindset for innovation and passion for continuous improvement.
- Must be fully vaccinated and have (or be willing to obtain) a clear Police Check.
