We are seeking

The position is
**Full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week,** with a tailored training program delivered upon commencement. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality services to our clients.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience in a contact centre setting or in medical administration
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Ability to work as a team to ensure results and client KPIs are met
