**MiltonKaran** is a proudly Australian, family-run business known for its unique and bespoke bottles filled with exclusively manufactured Australian-made liqueurs, gourmet food items, and gifts. We offer a distinctive gifting experience online and are expanding our operations.

**The Role**: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associates to join our growing warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging our unique products to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. This is a crucial role in our online fulfilment operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
- Carefully pack items, including delicate glassware and bottles, ensuring safe transit.
- Prepare gift boxes and add special packaging touches as required (e.g., gift wrapping).
- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product quality before dispatch.
- Attach correct labels and shipping information to packages.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving stock, organising inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a pick and pack or warehouse environment is highly regarded, but not essential (on-the-job training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.31 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
