**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for enthusiastic barista's to join the McCafe team at our Colac McDonald’s store. We have a variety of CASUAL, FULL TIME & PART TIME positions available. Shifts available during school hours (9am to 3pm) perfect for parents returning to work or looking for that perfect role that allows you to still be there for the kids and do school drop off and pick up, a variety of day time shifts available between the hours 6am to 5pm across 7 days, we also have shifts available after school and on weekends.
We are a 24 hour business which means we can offer flexibility to suit your availabilities. We have something to suit everyone. This position falls under the Fast Food Industry Award.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing gold standard McCafe food and beverages.
- Customer Service
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Preparing hot, fresh delicious food
- Working within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers

**QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL)**
Coffee making experience is desirable but not required. We provide extensive training to all of our staff.

$29.00 per hour is based on a 21 year old casual rate
