We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to sell our software subscriptions to traffic control companies. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, demonstrating the value of our platform, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a strong background in B2B sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads within the traffic control industry.
- Conduct sales presentations and software demonstrations for potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or the traffic management industry. **Strong communication and presentation skills.**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. **Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.**:
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events (if needed).

**Base Salary**:
- Salary based on experience & performance
**Commission Tiers**:
- First 5 deals/month: 10% commission per sale
- 6-10 deals/month: 12.5% commission per sale
- 11+ deals/month: 15% commission per sale
