Cafe Manager

The Museum Cafe, located inside the National Museum of Australia, is looking for a Café Manager to run our popular tourist & local café spot.

We are looking for a manager to take the reins, work with staff and customers on a day-to-day basis and maintain our high levels of cleanliness, quality and friendly customer service.

**This role will be responsible for**:

- Staff rostering, daily staff management
- Ensuring efficient operation of the café
- Supervision, training and hiring of staff
- High levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high level of food & drink display cleanliness
- Working with the kitchen to provide customer feedback

The Cafe is open every day except Christmas Day from 8.30am to 4.00pm weekdays and 9.00am to 4.30pm weekends.

The average work-week is 40 hours and will include weekends and public holidays. You will have two days off per week.

**Salary**: $60,000 - $65,000.00 per year

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
