**The Location**

Rosebrook, a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. It's a beautiful home with a great team and General Manager.

**The Job**
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care, assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

**Monday and Tuesday AM and PM shifts.**

**Monday to Thursday Night Shifts**
- Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen._
