The Retail Sales Assistant at M.J.
We're seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to join us at our M.J. Bale Myer Doncaster Store. Your role? To help our customers embrace life with joy and confidence. As an M.J. Bale stylist, you'll be the face of our store, welcoming visitors, guiding them through our exceptional product range, and assisting them in creating the perfect outfit.

Bale plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our company casual retail environment. This position requires an individual with a passion for men's fashion and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
**Main tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Assisting customers with product selection, providing style advice, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
- Operating the point of sale system, processing transactions accurately, and managing cash handling procedures.
- Maintaining store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Contributing to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, including fabric composition, garment care, and understanding the brand's heritage.
- Participating in regular training sessions to enhance selling skills and keep abreast of new product launches.
- Building strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
