**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver accredited training programs to health professionals
- Prepare for sessions and pack up after training
- Adapt to challenging or remote training environments
- Maintain accurate training records
**Skills & Experience Required**
5+ years clinical experience
Desirable: classroom teaching experience
Ability to deliver engaging and effective training
Work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license, current police check, Working with Children check
**Personal Attributes**
Integrity and confidentiality handling financial information
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Proactive problem-solving and task prioritisation
**Qualifications**
Paramedic, Ambulance Officer, Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current qualifications
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN)
Registration or eligibility with AHPRA (for RNs/Paramedics)
**Performance Measurement**
Engaging and effective delivery of training content
Compliance with ASA Academy training standards
Accurate recordkeeping in RTO Learning Portal
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $36.00 - $65.00 per hour
