An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a **Concession Supervisor** within our **David Jones Chermside concession pad** to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

**THE ROLE**:

- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
- An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
