**Stocking Associate with a Customer Service Focus**

- School hours Monday to Friday, 9 to 12 on most Saturdays (Saturdays are a customer facing, sales environment)
- Fast paced, exciting environment
- Professional phone manner and customer service experience a must
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines essential
- Computer skills essential (Mac Preferred but not essential)
- Shopify experience a plus

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Receive shipments into inventory system and allocate to outstanding orders
- Creating and managing purchase orders
- Maintaining store inventory
- Checking incoming shipments for damage and reporting faults and discrepancies
- Generating labels for incoming items
- Processing and packing customer orders
- Restocking shelves
- Resolving supply and product issues including warranty claims, invoice errors and credits
- Answering phones when required
- Assisting sales team when needed

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
