Gardening and Labouring Team Member - Driver NB Mowing Based in Gordon 2072 **Job Type: Full-Time and Casual(Tuesdays and Thursdays)** NB Mowing is excited to offer an opportunity for a Gardening and Labouring Position The position will require you to attend to job runs each day to ensure customers on the rotating schedule are serviced on time, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining the beauty of outdoor spaces and ensuring each job is completed to the standard of the business Your primary duties will include: - Operating lawn mowers and other equipment to mow lawns to the standard of the business and within budgeted time allocated for each job. Sticking to instructions and ensuring quirks of each site are attended to - Assisting with basic garden maintenance, including weeding and hedge trimming and utilizing any tools required to perform tasks - Collaborating with experienced team members on various job types - Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment - Embracing on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge in gardening - Driving the company supplied vehicle to job sites to perform tasks as required without supervision while maintaining set standards - Other basic ad hoc tasks as requested **Requirements**: - Previous Gardening or Labouring Experience preferred - Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions and ability to maintain pace throughout the whole day - Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude - Ability to follow instructions and work well with and without supervision - Reliable transportation to and from work - A Drivers License.
