Seeking an experienced and competent Handy Man to join an organisation in Rockingham, starting immediately

**Your new company**

A department in Rockingham are seeking an experienced Maintenance / Handy Person to carry out general maintenance of onsite facilities. You will be engaged on an initial temporary basis until June, with a possible extension, paid at a competitive hourly rate and working full-time hours from Monday to Friday. This organisation requires someone to start as soon as possible.

**Your new role**

As the Handy Person you will be responsible for:

- Replacing lamps
- Painting and patching
- Moving of furniture
- General client liaison
- Basic fixes
- Adhoc requests as required by the Facilities team

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role, as well as:

- White card
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Proactive attitude and good communication skills
- A background in carpentry or engineering would be advantageous
- Basic computer skills
