**Job Description**:
You will be the key contributor for successful operations in manufacture and enable the supply of VERIDAPT products to the customers. You will manage a small manufactute team and the day to day activities in the workshop to ensure the assembly and repair of the products with high quality and in time delivery.
**About the Role**
- Support the team members by prioritising work assignments and resolving daily challenges to achieve the required outcome.
- Champion a safe and collaborative team environment that fosters the company values and mission, and promotes a continuous improvement culture.
- Manage workshop to ensure efficent operations in the manufacture and relevant quality and safety process are followed.
- Capture product manufacturing run times to improve sprint workload accuracy
- Perform and coordinate the quality control inspection of incoming goods with outcomes recorded in the quality management system
- Manage the movement and evaluation of defective items into the manufacturing quarantine location
- Perform and coordinate test equipment calibration as per schedule with test records filed as evidence of conformity
- Manage the completion of customer equipment repairs and warranty claims
- Supervise the repair process and ensure equipment repair records are completed fully
- Physically require to;
- Stand to perform the job in the office and workshop area
- Lift, carry, push and pull during the handling of inventory and equipment
- Extended sitting during computer usage
**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Minimum Certificate IV in Electronic Engineering
- 1-2 years team leadership or workshop management experience
- Experience in equipment repair process and warranty assessment
- Experience in workshop safety management framework
- Knowledge of IPC standards
- Understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management System framework
