**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**
**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
In this position as People Partner, your duties will cover a couple of main facets of your department including the delivery of contemporary human resources and industrial/employee relations advice, including award interpretation, and other relevant legislative advice. You will play a vital role in the coordination and administration strategies and processes to resolve grievances, disputes, performance and conduct as well as other relevant industrial matters.
**DUTIES.**
- Managing HR related enquiries, grievances and complex investigations
- Application of industrial awards, employment legislation, policies and procedures
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiative
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or a related field
- Extensive experience in strategic and operational human resources at a senior level
- Highly developed interpersonal skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
