**About the role**:
BKI is seeking a **Teacher - VET Training programs **to join our Foundation & Pathways team at Bendigo. You must have experience in supporting new trainers and assessors to develop strong facilitation and assessment skills. The key responsibility of this role is to deliver quality vocational education and training for TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and TAE50116 Diploma of VET qualifications and conduct competency-based assessments in a range of settings including classroom and online.
You will contribute to the design, facilitation and evaluation of high-quality Teaching and Learning programs as well as design and development of assessment tools. You will get a chance to work in a team-oriented environment that is focused to deliver quality outcomes to students.

**We are excited about you because you have**:
- **Essential**:TAE50111 or TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training _or _a higher-level qualification in adult education
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or (TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A).
- Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed.
- Substantial experience as a trainer and assessor in a VET context.
