As a Childcare Trainee with a local centre in Warwick Farm, you’ll receive hands-on training while supporting children’s learning, development and play in a nurturing environment. In this exciting and rewarding traineeship, you'll work towards completing a **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**.
**What Your Day Might Look Like**:
- Supporting children aged 0-5 in their learning, play and development.
- Working closely with experienced educators in a nurturing team environment.
- Helping with daily routines including meals, rest time, and engaging activities.
- Contributing to child observations and learning documentation.
- Communicating with families and capturing special moments through photography.
- Assisting with lesson planning and occasional enrolment paperwork.
**How to Get Started**:
- Hold a Working With Children's Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one at short notice.
- Have a passion for childcare and the industry.
- Mature minded - we want someone who can show initiative and be adaptable.
- Have your own transport to get to and from the centre everyday.
