Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and restaurant specifications
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Adhere to safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to support smooth service flow

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid RSA
- Knowledge of drink mixing techniques, bar tools, and Indian-inspired beverages is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be of legal drinking age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws
