About the Opportunity**-
- Join a close-knit team where “Good Together” means strong support, cross-training, and a collaborative spirit. As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our manufacturing sites and driving business improvement.-
- In addition to this you will:Provide financial support to manufacturing sites, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Own the weekly and monthly reporting processes, and master month-end close activities
- Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets, supporting site leadership with financial reporting
- Monitor production process orders and analyse actual usage versus recipe expectations
- Conduct extensive data analysis to drive operational efficiency and cost leadership- _
This office-based role can be based in either Spreyton or Wynyard, giving you flexibility to work where it suits you best._-

About You**-
- You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn and grow. Whether you’re a recent graduate or transitioning from an accounting firm, you’ll bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to make a difference.-
- You will also have:2+ years of general work experience, ideally in an analyst role or manufacturing/supply chain environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, commercial or financial management, or working towards one (CA/CPA preferred)
- Strong MS Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience are a bonus (training provided)
- Ability to analyse complex information and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Open, honest communicator with a willingness to challenge and be challenged- Applications will close Friday, 21 November 2025.-
