As we open our brand-new store at Liverpool DFO, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to lead with purpose, passion, and pride.

**About the Role**:
As the Assistant Store Manager of our **brand-new Liverpool DFO store**, you’ll play a key role in launching and leading a high-performing team. You’ll support the Store Manager in driving business success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a strong team culture from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs through strategic floor leadership and coaching
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational excellence in line with brand standards
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach’s values and culture

**About You**:

- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a leadership role within premium or luxury retail/outlet environment.
- Passionate about people, fashion, and delivering outstanding service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
