**Who is Keeler Hardware**

**Keeler Hardware** has been an Australian owned business for over 50+ years, selling everything from locks, keys and every kind of door/window hardware you could possibly ever want, all under one roof.

This role is based at the shopfront located in North Willoughby, where you will be responsible for selling a fantastic range of high end door, window, gate, bathroom and cabinet hardware, including locks and accessories. The role is Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, with alternate Saturday work.

**Responsibilities**
- First point of contact to a wide range of customers, including DIY Renovators, Architects & Interior Designers, Builders & Tradies and Building Maintenance Managers
- Assisting customers with finding the correct products for purpose
- Front desk and over the phone sales (no outbound sales)
- Preparation and follow up of quotes

**The Person**

Keeler Hardware are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to join their sales team. You will have a genuine desire to learn and grow with the business to achieve great outcomes.
- Ideally you will have previous customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- A high level of presentation and communication skills;
- A target driven approach, eager and enthusiastic, with a great work ethic;
- Excellent people skills;
- Be adaptable, reliable; and focused on providing top level customer service.
