**The Gig - Part Time Reservations Supervisor**
We are seeking a Reservations Supervisor, reporting to the Hotel General Manager, this role is an integral part of the Australian reservations team with a laser-focused on maxismising our share of the hotel.

**About You**
We're not your regular Hotel and it's most likely that you are not the average Hotel employee either. You view the glass as half full, you are a little bit quirky & you love to have fun just like us
- Essential that you have previous experience in a revenue/ reservations role with exposure to analysis
- A fantastic Telephone technique
- Well hello?? You will absolutely LOVE numbers & crunching & analysing
- You need a strong understanding of hotel distribution systems including PMS (Protel), Channel Managers, Booking Engines (Synexis and /or ihotelier)
- Ability to effectively use revenue management principals and tools, price trackers & Channel Managers
- Strong interpersonal skills, you'll be working directly with the leadership teams
- An active team player, we have a high level of collaboration across the team
- Ability to perform under pressure, we are a fast paced business with no time to waste
- Excellent communication skills, goes without saying
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- you love to seal the deal
