Receptionist / Content Creator

Undisputed Martial Arts is one of Australia’s leading martial arts gyms, offering world-class programs in Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Boxing for all ages and experience levels. Our mission is to inspire confidence, discipline, and resilience through martial arts, while creating a supportive community for students to thrive both on and off the mats.

We are looking for a professional, motivated, and creative individual to join our team as a **Receptionist / Content Creator**. This is a **part-time position**, with working hours primarily scheduled in the afternoons and evenings.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting members, parents, and visitors, and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting administration and bookings.
- Maintaining a clean, organised reception and welcoming atmosphere.
- Creating and posting engaging content (photos, videos, captions) for social media platforms.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and promoting gym events and programs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Creativity in content creation with basic editing/design skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar).
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Martial arts or sports background **preferred but not required**.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $11,000.00 per year
