Bookkeeper

Casual or contract bookkeeper required for a boutique accouting practice (Home based business) for 8-15 hours per week. Work can be can predominantly remotely at hours to suit successful applicant within clients deadlines. Some work will be done onsite at Aspendale

We facilitate outsourced Payroll services for approx 40 clients ranging from 1-50 employees. Payrolls are processed on a monthly basis.

Job role includes:
Bank reconciliations, processing and uploading invoices via Xero

Processing of clients Payroll via Reckon Accounts Hosted

Processing Superstream contributions files vis Hostplus

Digital scanning and filing of documents into BOX

Applicants must have at least 1 years hands on experience with Reckon Accounts Hosted and Xero Software

and Xero Software

Applicants must have
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
Own windows Lap top
Have a current Police check (or be willing to get one)
Own Reliable Transport
Min Cert IV Bookkeeping
