**THE ROLE**:
**You’ll sell fitness memberships to people from all walks of life. You’ll be empowered to get creative in your sales strategies**

**MORE**:

- **You’ll understand each prospect’s objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them**:

- **You’ll include a mix of prospect calling, retention calling, lead generation, external activations (Outreach, B2B) and follow-up in your sales strategy.**:

- **You’ll set appointments with prospects and follow them up on a daily basis (enquiries/referrals).**:

- **You’ll provide members with relevant solutions and recommendations to re-engage them and improve the overall volume of sales**:

- **You’ll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach targets, and you’ll get consistent product and selling training to ensure you optimise your sales.**

**ABOUT YOU**:

- **You’re passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and work well under pressure.**:

- **You’re comfortable on the phones, get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets and always look for new ways to generate business.**:

- **You‘re able to communicate on all levels, think quickly as situations arise and make timely effective decisions.**:

- **You’re a team player. You love voicing ideas with your teammates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand.**:

- **You’re consistent and have a strong attention to detail, following basic standards.**:

- **You’re flexible and able to work up to 30 hours a week (Between 9am-9pm Weekdays, 10am-4pm Weekends) on a monthly basis to help your team achieve and exceed targets.**

**Salary**: From $43,000.00 per year

- Hurstville, NSW 2220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
