The **Open Pits Department**at **Northern Star Resources** currently has an opportunity for an experienced **Group Fleet Management Systems Superintendent**to join the team, working at our **Subiaco Corporate Office**, on a permanent and full-time basis.
Reporting to the **Group FMS Manager**, this role is responsible for overseeing the Fleet Management teams across the business. This role supports the decision-making process of the Fleet Management system and cost reduction initiatives in line with site KPIs. The Superintendent will also lead the implementation of new fleet management systems for NSR assets.

- Drive business improvements in Fleet Management systems.
- Scope new products to enhance Fleet Management efficiencies.
- Provide guidance on cost-effective fleet management products.
- Implement standardized processes and procedures for Fleet Management.
- Solve technical and logístical problems.
- Ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Support various site teams in developing Fleet Management procedures.
- Analyse production data and recommend productivity improvements.
- Demonstrate leadership and uphold Northern Star Resources values.
**To thrive in this role.**
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Although not essential, a Tertiary Qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar will be highly regarded.
- A minimum of 4 years working with Fleet Management systems.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operations and wireless networks.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and systems (e.g., GPS tracking, maintenance management, fuel monitoring).
- Experience with reporting databases and AI is advantageous.
- Proven experience working with large, diverse fleets across multiple locations.
