**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pick / Packer at Ken Hands Agencies located in Brunswick, VIC. Monday to Friday. 8am till 4pm. No weekend work. Free parking on site.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Pick and pack orders for delivery to customers.
- Help receive, store, and organize inventory.
- Check incoming shipments for accuracy and report any issues.
- Do regular stock checks to keep inventory updated.
- Pack and label products for shipping.
- Work with the Warehouse Manager and team to get tasks done.
- Keep the workspace clean and follow safety rules.
- Help load and unload delivery trucks.
- Occasionally help unload containers.
- Follow safety and efficiency rules in the warehouse.

**What you will require**:

- **Can-Do Attitude**: A positive, solution-focused attitude is needed to tackle challenges and get things done.
- **Forklift Licence**: A valid forklift licence is required, with experience using different types of forklifts preferred.
- **Warehouse Experience**: Experience in a warehouse is preferred but not required.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to safely lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and do repetitive tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: Focus on accuracy to ensure correct order picking, checking item codes, quantities, and instructions.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and fix issues like inventory discrepancies or packing mistakes.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills needed to use inventory systems.
- **Teamwork**: Good communication to work well with others, follow instructions, and give feedback.
- **Safety Knowledge**: Understand safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Work Ethic**: Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
