Food & Beverage Attendant

Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD and directly across from Rosehill Racecourse, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a **Food & Beverage Attendant**, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest cleaning standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, professional service in our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
- Take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with efficiency and enthusiasm.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management.
- An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one.
