Videographer/content Creator

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive Videographer/Content Creator to join our Marketing team to lead the production of videos, including creating briefs, scripting, filming, editing and post-production.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this newly created role will give you the opportunity to showcase your strong visual skills and ability to tell a story through your work.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Create a range of video content for ORS ranging from social media, training, podcast, vlog, animated and case study content
- Creating video briefs, shooting scripts and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Coordination of production, research, scheduling, area scouting and set design
- Managing stakeholder relationships whilst juggling multiple projects and working under tight deadlines
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximise efficiency
- Liaising with offshore editors
- Accurately subtitle in Australian English
- Abide by ORS style guides

**Role requirements**
- Minimum 1+ year’s experience in end to end Videography and/or Content creation
- Highly adept at using the full Adobe Suite (Adobe Premier, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Tertiary qualifications in Video production, Photography, Multimedia or related fields (desirable)
- A strong eye for detail with a focus on good aesthetics, lighting, shot composition and use of colour and graphics
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnaround times, multi-task, prioritise projects and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Skilful communicator (both oral and written) who takes pride in building rapport with both colleagues and stakeholders
- A Car and licence and the ability to travel around Sydney/NSW and on occasion interstate as needed
- A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
- Experience working within Allied Health or knowledge of the NDIS (highly desirable)
