**The Role**
We are looking for a night receptionists to join our guest services night team. The role is a Part Time role with the need to be available Wednesday and Thursday Nights 9.30pm -2.30am, with the ability to pick up extra shifts.

We’re looking for an all-rounder where your nights will be varied and see you greeting and checking in guests, dealing with guests on any number of issues to preparing basic food and beverage options and delivering to our glamping guests. All while delivering an exceptional level of service and care to all guests, in a courteous and professional manner.

In addition, the role will encompass the following responsibilities:

- Greeting and checking in guests as the first point of contact for guests arriving on-site;
- Directing guests to their accommodation and/or designated bathing areas and providing information on facilities, procedures and site instructions;
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge through pro-actively informing guests of available packages and offerings;
- Perform general reception administrative tasks including sales transactions, answer phone calls, general paperwork, preparation of gift certificates etc.;
- Advise the Night Duty Manager of any issues, improvements, or guest feedback;
- Collaborate with other departments regarding guest queries.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar customer service orientated role
- Experience Providing exceptional Customer Service
- Highly motivated, energetic and hardworking, while upholding a strong attention to detail
- Experience is POS and Reporting
