Server and Bartender

Job Description: Bartender and also Kitchen Staff

Location: Surfer’s Paradise Gold Coast

Position: Bartender (5 Positions Available)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers, to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
