An exciting opportunity arises for a diligent, enthusiastic, motivated person to work as a medical receptionist for a growing, dynamic family medical practice.

This is a flexible position, and we will make the contract suit you’re the needs of the right applicant. The days and hours are flexible up to 20 hours per week with opportunity to increase as the practice expands. Renumeration is commensurate with your skills and experience.

**Key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Front desk duties dealing with patients/partners
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patient with general enquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Invoicing and receipting of patient accounts

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Preferred experience with Medical Director
- Experience with medical billing, Medicare and Private payments
- Excellent time management and organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent attitude and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
