**About Reboot-IT**

Reboot-IT is one of Australia’s largest suppliers of refurbished computer to retail, wholesale, education, government, and export markets. Established in 2001, Reboot-IT has experienced grown year on year and currently has three warehouses and over twenty-five staff.

**Position Overview**

Our company is searching for an organized, meticulous person that takes pride in their work and exceeds customer expectations.

This position will work in one of our warehouses, picking and preparing customer orders, labelling, and scanning outgoing shipments.

Our ideal applicant has general warehouse or order picking experience. However, we will work with any applicants that have a strong work ethic and flexibility needed for this position. Great opportunity for someone who is interested or keen to learn about computer hardware.

It is a full-time role with working hours of 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday at our premises.

**Position Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Office Manager, the key responsibilities include:

- Picking orders (computers, laptops, monitors, network equipment)
- Prioritizing orders
- Quality Control and product testing
- Product assembly, cleaning, and processing
- Working with company inventory and sales system
- Provide post sale customer support.
- Assist with daily walk-in customers.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient computer skill and ability to learn new software (full training provided)
- Computer hardware knowledge (full training provided)
- Eye for detail
- Can lift up 10kgs.

**Level of Experience**

**Salary**

$23-$30 per hour depending on experience, plus superannuation.
