**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated **Front of House Administrator** to join our vibrant and enthusiastic group based in **Melbourne**. You will utilise your skills in working in a team-based environment and be responsible for organising catering, room setups and pack down, and planning internal events for the office.

**What will I do?**
- Host responsibilities by either opening or closing of the concierge desk and lunch cover daily, as well as cover as rostered and as required;
- Organise and support meetings and events for the Melbourne Office;
- Providing administration assistance as well as coordinating activities to deliver successful client and Arup staff meetings, workshops, and events;
- Represent Arup and work on external events; and
- Assist the team with their work and ensure that deadlines are met.

**What will I bring?**
- Relevant 2 years’ experience as an Reception and/or Administrative position or similar;
- Previous events or hospitality experience will be advantageous;
- Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines - and Arup’s related procedures including HSE;
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite; and
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
