About Us:
Metro Aspire Hotel Sydney is seeking a dedicated, experienced and professional Night Auditor to join our friendly and professional team.

About The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of your shift, including the entire hotel operations, along with a number of key areas, including, but not limited to:

- The performance of standard night auditing duties
- Efficient, courteous and professional processing of customer enquiries, including check in and check out, guest complaints
- Ensuring the Hotel telephone system is answered professionally and all reservation details, cashiering and amendments to guests' details are loaded accurately into the Hotel booking system.
- Maximizing revenue potential through exercising sales and cashiering skills to ensure the highest conversion rate is achieved at the best possible rate.
- Completing "Night Audit" procedures as per hotel policies checking for errors and making appropriate corrections.
- Revenue management, including maximizing occupancy and average rate

About The Shifts:
We are seeking a friendly, confident & lively personality, who is after a permanent position where shifts will predominantly consist of - Night Audit shifts of 11pm to 7am

About You:

- Excellent guest service including check-in and check-out experience
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet designated time frames and be a team player
- Capability to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Competent in Word, Excel as well as hotel operation software.
- Work unsupervised and a 'Can do' attitude
- Ability to problem solve with a balance of empathy to ensure a mutually positive outcome
- Previous hotel (accommodation) front office experience
- Excellent time management and the ability to multi task
- Excellent attention to detail
- RoomMaster (InnQuest) experience preferred but not essential
- Must be able to work the shifts as indicated above.

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
