We are a local coffee roaster and cafe in Canning Vale looking for an experienced barista to take a leadership and trainer role in our team.

You would be joining a high performance team of people who share a passion for hospitality, coffee and food in a 7-day brunch cafe. We pride ourselves on our customer service, quality and speed.

In this role you would be responsible for coffee quality and consistency, helping to up-skill our team and taking a proactive role in our leadership. In addition to the coffee focus, you will also participate in the general operations of the cafe.

Job requirements:

- Must be available weekends.
- Ideally the role will be 5 days/week.
- Previous experience in barista and all-rounder roles.
- Previous experience in a leadership position.
- Living locally is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour
