We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full Time Community Support Professional to join the team who provide 24x7 support to children with complex care needs in their purpose built forever home in Frankston South. Working alongside our dedicated team of Nurses, Community Support Professionals and other multidisciplinary partners, this role provides our clients their clinical and day to day support needs to reach their goals.

**Whilst experience in the sector is preferred, on the job training is available to help you jump-start your career into disability care. However a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) is essential.**

**Please be advised that all employees must obtain a satisfactory police check and provide evidence of Covid-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination.**

**What you will need**:
**Essential**
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Smartphone with internet access
- Proof of Working Rights in Australia
- Commitment to self-improvement
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- Good understanding and willingness to learn new technologies
