Catholic Healthcare's McQuoin Park is located on the Pacific Highway in Waitara and is on the lookout for a Maintenance person. With a Full time Maintenance Co ordinator on site, this person will work alongside him and support the home by carrying out a range of activities generally related to but not including building maintenance activities.
- The role is permanently 4 days a week (to be worked between Monday - Friday) with the successful applicant willing to work additional days to cover work peaks and annual leave of colleague._

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- A fabulous 'can do' attitude
- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Be Physically fit
- Ability to work independently and be flexible
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised
- Strong IT skills
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- Covid vaccinations x 3
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
