This festive season, we’re hiring across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand to support our car park, concierge and valet services. Help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.

Whether you’ve worked in customer-facing roles before or you're ready to make your debut, we’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences.

**Your Opportunity**

As a Concierge Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

**_ Some of your festive duties as a _**_concierge team member_**_ will include:_**
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
- Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
- Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services

**_So, what sets our team members apart? _**
- You will: _
- Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
- Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
- Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)

This is a **seasonal casual role**, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from **September 2025 to January/February 2026**, with shifts based on business needs.
