This fast growing supply chain business is currently seeking an experienced Administrator/Customer Service Officer to join their business.

**Your new role**
- Managing a single client portfolio
- Attending to any order queries
- Updating customer on ETA's
- Entering information into SAP
- Using Excel to transfer information from one system to another
- Liaising with the warehouse in relation to order times

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experiencing using an ERP such as SAP or Pronto
- Logistics/manufacturing industry background preferred
- Intermediate excel experience required

**What you'll get in return**

- Salary on offer $65,000 - $70,000 plus Super
