**Location**: Gold Coast, Queensland

**Client Overview**: We operate two premier Montessori centres on the Gold Coast, known for their dedication to providing outstanding early childhood education. We are currently expanding our teams and are looking for passionate individuals for various roles, including Educators, Leaders, Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs), and Directors.

We are on a mission to offer the best education and care experience on the Gold Coast, and need a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a significant impact in the lives of young learners.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Educators**: Implement Montessori methodologies, nurture and inspire children, and collaborate with families and staff.
- **Leaders/Supervisors**: Guide and support teams of educators, ensure high-quality educational programming, and foster a positive learning environment.
- **Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs)**: Deliver exceptional educational programs, mentor educators, and engage with the community to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Directors**: Oversee centre operations, lead and develop staff, maintain compliance with educational standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to professional excellence.
- Relevant qualifications for the applied role (Certificate III, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent).
- Experience in Montessori settings is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
