**About the role**:
The Brisbane Mobile Vehicle Maintenance Crew Leader assists the National Fleet Operations Manager with the daily running of our Queensland Fleet. This is a varied and hands-on role, working with a close knit team with 2 reports. This position manages downtime across the fleet and maintains quality control across the operations staff. This is a key role for our Operations and will also support the hiring and training of team members.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Fleet downtime management
- Resolving issues that relate to vehicles that have been taken off the road, and devising solutions that cause the least disruption to our members
- Diagnose and rectify complex technical faults
- Fit out and decommission vehicles with GoGet technology and livery
- Liaise with suppliers to make sure cars are repaired and problems rectified to minimise downtime
- Stock control management
- Hiring and training new members of the fleet operations team
- Ensure all GoGet vehicles are safe, clean and ready for members
- Quality assurance and audits across the fleet operations team
- Maintain a high standard of presentation for all vehicles
- Monitor and review contractor performance
- Transport vehicles between locations including vehicle recoveries
- Monitor WHS and company policy compliance across the fleet team

**Required skills & experience**:

- Previous experience in a team leader role
- Solid problem-solving and diagnosis ability
- Strong technical aptitude
- Able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Solid attention to detail
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Flexible and strong work ethic
- Proven multi-tasking skills
- Valid Australian Licence
