**Job Description**: **Our Family**: - 3 days per week with children aged 3 years & 25 months Rate: $38.76 - $43.66 (L3-Dip) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf) Monday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Tuesday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Friday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Flex with days & times **Your Duties**: - You must: - Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) and registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state - Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia (Applicants with 155, 190 & 186 visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - 417 & 462 visas need not apply) **Our Perfect Caregiver**: - This family would like: Family of 4 requiring an enthusiastic and positive educator to care for their happy, healthy little ones. Educators who have a keen interest in neuro diversity who can incorporate fun and joy into learning with a focus on developing skills and milestones. The family would love for the carer to take kids out and about for community activities, story time and play group - but can also push and develop language and fine motor skills. Little ones love reading books, listening to stories, and getting out and about outside. An understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges that busy passionate parents face would be a benefit.
