Warehouse Administrator

**The rate of pay is $28 per hour + Super**

- Monday - Friday day shifts
- 09:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Ongoing work, potential FT after 6 months

**_What you need_**
- Good administration skills
- Experience working in a warehouse, dispatch or manufacturing environment is beneficial
- SAP high advantage
- Supply chain experience an advantage
- Good phone manner
- Intermediate Word and Excel
- **What you will be doing**_
- Printing of customer dockets and allocation of transport
- Regular interaction with customers, supply chain, distribution, sales reps and freight providers to ensure customer’s expectations are met.
- Processing of transport invoices
- Reconciling against agreed rates and resolving discrepancies
- Enter stock counts
- Change and update customer details and dockets

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

- NSW Drivers Licence (preferred)
