Our partner is currently seeking qualified butchers for full-time and part-time positions.
Duties include:
- cutting and preparing meat for retail sale
- cutting and preparing meat for wholesale orders
- boning of beef, lamb and pork
- packaging and displaying meat for retail
- packing wholesale orders
- supervising juniors and apprentices
Successful applicants must meet the following requirements:
- be able to work in a team environment
- Work efficiently unsupervised
- keep calm under pressure
- have a strong focus on customer service
- maintain a high quality of work in retail and wholesale
- follow HACCP and OHS company procedures
- 4:30am start
Rate may be negotiated depending on skill set of the successful applicant
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
