A national steel manufacturer is searching for a motivated and experienced person to join its sales & customer service team at their modern office & factory premises at Narangba.

**Tasks will include**:

- Provide backup and support to our external sales team
- Enter orders into the system and produce them for the warehouse team to pick
- Assisting customers with ETA's of stock and pick up dates
- Data entry and various office admin tasks

**To be successful, you would possess the following attributes**:

- Can-do attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines & satisfy customer requirements
- Previous experience with sales of Metal Roofing, Sheet metal or related products preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Great Computer skills. Knowledge of SAP or similar program an advantage
