We are seeking** two (2) experienced Care Workers** to join our supportive team at Bethanie Subiaco Aged Care Home on a **permanent part time** basis to cover **morning shifts.**

Bethanie Subiaco is a 112 bed facility that provides the full range of aged care services including dementia support, palliative care and respite services.

As a Care Worker, you will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensuring safety and well-being is maintained and building positive professional relationships with both residents and team members.

We currently have the following **permanent part time** rosters available:
**Week 1**: Monday to Friday (7:00am - 1:00pm)

**Week 2**: Monday to Friday (7:00am - 1:00pm)

or

**Week 1**: Tuesday & Wednesday (7am to 3:15pm) + Friday (7am to 3:15pm) + Sunday (7am to 3:15pm)

**Week 2**: Tuesday (7am to 3:15pm) + Friday (3pm to 10:15pm) + Saturday (3pm to 10:15pm)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess care plans, and ensure clients' needs are met
- Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
- Ensure all personal care tasks (including toileting & showering) are delivered with dignity and respect
- Ensure clients rooms and the facility is maintained to an appropriate standard

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team and also independently
- Must have access to a mobile phone to receive shifts via our Cascom service
- Must be able to commit to a two day Corporate Induction if successful
- Must be able to commit to training and buddy shift requirements
